We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly team-player who thrives in a vibrant, fast-moving environment to deliver exceptional support to our 20,000 users around the UK.

Your role involves resolving support queries, training new customers, and demonstrating our software in online sessions.

It is crucial that our customers can come to us with confidence, knowing they will receive reliable and clear support.

What you’ll be doing:

  • 1st Line Support.
  • Training users on a mobile and web app.
  • Presenting online workshops to groups of customers.
  • Being able to communicate in a detailed, clear and friendly way to people of different skill levels.
