Earnings from around £28,600/ year (Commis Sommelier), £32,000/year (Junior Sommelier), £36,500/year (Sommelier)

What is my role in the Sommelier Team?

The Sommelier role allows to utilise your customer service skills, wine knowledge and experience in wine service while developing stock and staff management skills.

We are offering this opportunity in a quality environment respecting employees and plan your development with us. Previous Experience (or qualification) and wine knowledge is necessary as well as a passion for this trade and guest service. We welcome individuals who want to join a professional high-quality sommelier team with an award-winning wine list and develop their knowledge further.

Our Wine Lists are designed by Director of Wines Frederic Brugues and the sommelier team, with more than 1000 high quality bins with rare and exclusive wines being opened on a daily basis.

This Sommelier role is for our Gallery restaurant and the right candidate will enjoy being part of a team delivering excellence at all times. Possibility of development and transfers are available when positions are available.

Pay: £12.50-£16.75 per hour
