Full job description

We are looking for a strong, enthusiastic team player to join The Unicorn. You will be supporting the head chef and developing the food and help train junior members of the team.

As part of this small independent but growing family there is room for progression and growth. As well as training in other areas including stock management, staff Rota’s, dish design and costing.

This role would suit a Sous chef or a strong CDP looking for a step up.

Benefits –

£25,000 to £27,000 a year or Hourly if preferred

Tips are evenly shared daily and is on top of your wage.

2 yearly outings to trade shows in London.

Live in Option available.
