We are looking for a Level 3 qualified Spa/Beauty Therapist to join our strong team at The Gainsborough to help us bring a touch of luxury and the ultimate relaxation moments to our guests and members.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, massages, and skincare procedures.
Provide personalised consultations to recommend suitable treatments for clients using your own knowledge paired with our beauty tech methods.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and the rest of the club.
Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout each session.
Keep accurate records of treatments administered.
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques.
Promote spa services and retail products to clients.
Uphold the company's standards of professionalism and customer care.
Assist with leisure and reception duties when required (we are an allrounder team here!)

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to beauty treatments.
Fluent in English.
Level 3 Beauty Therapy. (must be comfortable with massage and facials)
