Responsibilities:
- Provide consultations with new clients to assess their needs
- Create personalised treatment and exercise plans
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions for clients using a range of remedial/sports therapy techniques
- Maintain client records and document treatment notes accurately
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to all recognised professional standards
- Recommend follow-up treatment and advice on expected recovery
- Implement an online exercise plan for clients to follow between appointments (training provided)
- A positive, can-do attitude as someone who finds it easy to develop rapport with clients

Requirements:
- Minimum Level 4 or HND in Sports Therapy or Sports/Remedial Massage from a reputable institution
- Students should be able to demonstrate experience developed through case studies or working with local sports clubs
- Proficient knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to adapt massage techniques based on client preferences and needs
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely sessions
- Physical stamina to perform massages for extended periods of time
- Passion for helping clients to overcome any physcial challenges to achieve their desired goals

Desirable:
- Additional qualifications in Personal Training or Injury Rehabilitation would be advantageous but not essential
- Experience working with a diverse client base including athletes
- Ambitious and motivated therapists who want to develop their career
- A strong team player and willing to learn
- Previous business experience in sales, retail or hospitality would be an extra nice-to-have

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Salary: £12.50-£17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 28 per week
