IT Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven IT Manager to help manage the IT infrastructure of our company. The primary duties are the security of the company’s computer systems and electronic data, development and implementation of customised systems and overseeing all computer-related activities.

Responsibilities:
-Oversee and maintain the companies IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security systems.

-Provide technical support to staff, troubleshoot issues, and ensure systems are functioning correctly.

-Manage and maintain the POS systems, ensuring they are operational and efficient.

-Utilize IT systems to track inventory levels, optimize stock management, and minimize losses.

-Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive data and prevent cyber threats.

-Negotiate with IT vendors, manage contracts, and ensure timely delivery of hardware and software.

-Develop and manage the IT budget for the company, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

-Monitor IT performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency.

-Train staff on the use of IT systems and provide ongoing support.

-Lead and manage IT projects within the company, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

-Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.

-Contribute to the development of the IT strategy for the company, aligning IT with business goals.

Experience:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Solid administrative & IT skills for managing paperwork, schedules, and reports
- Ability to supervise and delegate tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with current market software's.

-Experience in management role preferred but not necessary as training will be provided.
