Studio Assistant – Lost In Music Prints
(2 days a week with flexibility for more hours)

Freelance studio based but with opportunities for remote WFH projects.

(Home Studio-Based in Broxbourne area, Hertfordshire)

Are you highly organised, creative, and would love to be involved in running a small business? I’m on the lookout for a passionate, self-motivated Studio Assistant to join me at Lost In Music Prints – a female-led print studio creating bold, nostalgic, feel-good art for music lovers

This is a freelance role, working 2 days a week at our studio (Broxbourne, Hertfordshire). You will be working alongside me, supporting with general day to day life at LIM. From packaging prints and updating our website to vibing at market stalls and making TikToks, no two days are quite the same – and that’s exactly how we like it.

What You’ll Be Doing

Handling general admin tasks to keep things ticking
Uploading new products and listings to our websites/platforms
Dealing with customer emails & requests
Processing orders, printing and packaging art prints
Organising stock for markets and events
Content creating for our Instagram & TikTok accounts
Doing influencer outreach to spread the LIM love
Supporting at market stalls – some weekend availability is a plus!

What You’ll Bring

Initiative and a can-do, problem-solving mindset

Are a bit of a social media whizz – reels, TikToks? Yes please.
Know your way around Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop (the basics)
Have basic web skills
Own a car (super helpful for markets & events)
Love music – especially house, disco, and feel-good party vibes!

About Lost In Music (and me!)

Hey! I’m Katie, the founder of Lost In Music Prints – a small, female-led creative studio run from my home office in Hertfordshire. What started as a lockdown side project has grown into a bold, feel-good brand creating nostalgic music-inspired prints for party people across the the world.

We take our work seriously (but not ourselves), love a laugh, and always make time for a cheeky coffee shop run between post office trips or an after work Aperol Spritz! You’ll find us online and at some of the best markets around the country, connecting with our amazing community and spreading good vibes through our designs.

Originally a Northern girl, I now run the business full-time from Broxbourne – soundtracked by feel good tunes & podcasts . Our vibe is fun, friendly and laid-back, and we’re all about creating a relaxed, supportive environment where you can get stuck in, learn loads, and grow with us.

Salary

Competitive, based on experience & hours – let’s chat!
