✅ Maximising Revenue & Customer Experience – Identifying opportunities to drive sales, enhance profitability, and elevate customer satisfaction, ensuring every guest has a fantastic shopping experience.

✅ Team Development & Leadership – Training, mentoring, and motivating colleagues to maintain the highest standards, fostering a positive, fun, and professional work environment. Leading by example with enthusiasm, professionalism, and confidentiality.

✅ Quality Control & Compliance – Ensuring that products meet high standards, reducing waste, and adhering to all health & safety and food hygiene regulations, keeping the store running at peak performance.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Proven experience in retail management – preferably in a supermarket or retail store environment.

✔ A passion for outstanding customer service, ensuring guests receive a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience.

✔ Strong leadership skills – the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a successful team.

✔ Organised and proactive mindset – able to juggle multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and stay calm under pressure.

✔ Knowledge of stock control & merchandising techniques – a good understanding of how to manage inventory, displays, and seasonal trends.

✔ Food Hygiene Level 2 certification (desirable but not essential – training can be provided).

✔ Flexible availability – including weekends, holidays, and peak trading periods to support the needs of the business.
