About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and actively contribute to business growth. This role is ideal for someone who not only ensures smooth day-to-day running but also identifies opportunities to drive sales, improve performance, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and support team members during daily operations

· Deliver and maintain exceptional customer service standards

· Drive sales and support the team in achieving targets and KPIs

· Identify opportunities to grow the business through upselling, client engagement, and local initiatives

· Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance development

· Monitor team performance and provide coaching to maximize productivity

· Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally

· Support inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising

· Ensure the workspace is clean, organised, and aligned with brand standards

· Step in for management when required

Requirements:

· Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role

· Strong communication and leadership skills

· Commercial awareness with a focus on sales growth

· Ability to motivate a team and drive performance

· Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in retail and superviosr position.

· Makeup Artistry

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

· Understanding of customer engagement and retention strategies
