Support Worker - Supported Living Services
Location: Kettering
Salary: Starting from £11.44 per hour

The Role

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to provide care and support to three ladies living independently in their own homes in the community.

As a Support Worker, you will:

Assist with daily activities, personal care, and household tasks.
Promote independence and encourage each individual to achieve their personal goals.
Provide emotional support and build positive, trusting relationships.
Accompany the ladies to appointments, social activities, and community events.
Administer medication and ensure all records are up to date.

About You

We are looking for compassionate, reliable individuals who:

Hold a valid UK driving licence (essential for community support).
Experience in care is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
