Full job description
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant / Specialist in the Arts to work full time, year round.
This will include delivering in school sessions, after school activities, community groups and school holiday club provision. The sessions will have a focus on music, art, drama and nurture.

About the Role
· You will provide a well-structured coaching programme to children both during school hours and after school as part of our wraparound care offering. You will also work during school holidays to manage and run Hoot Camp, our school holiday sports club, alongside our existing Sports Coach.
· This is a full-time role and you would be required to work from 10:30am-6:00pm Monday-Friday during school term time. During school holidays you would be required to work from 8:30am-4:00pm.
· This is a permanent contract
About the Candidate
The successful candidate will have:
- The ability to develop and implement high quality, varied and creative coaching sessions focussing on a pupil centred approach
- Knowledge of age-appropriated skills in teaching and team organisation.
- Knowledge of National Curriculum for P.E. at the appropriate level, with an interest in receiving training to deliver gym and dance lessons.
- Good communication skills with staff, parents and pupils
