Full job description

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Team Leader / Duty Manager to join the team at Revolution Chester. As a Team Leader, you'll hold an important role in the Management Structure, owning the guest experience within your venue and coordinating the team to deliver an exceptional experience to our guests. You'll ensure that we are set up for success and be responsible for upholding brand standards and in delivering our purpose – To create fun and memorable experiences for our teams and guests!

In the this role, you'll provide recognition to your team when they're doing well, and give developmental feedback to resolve performance gaps. You'll be a supportive coach, motivator and professional when interacting with the team, and help them understand the value of their contribution towards our goals.

This is an ideal role for someone with some duty management experience, looking to get stuck into some new responsibilities and ready themselves to progress onto an Assistant Manager role!
