Join Welch Group as a Technology & Innovation Coordinator
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
Line Manager: Head of Solutions
Contract Hours: 40 Hours
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00
Location: Duxford, Cambs (with some travel to Bedford and St Ives sites)

What You'll Do:
- Project Support: Assist in the coordination of sustainability and innovation projects, helping to implement groundbreaking initiatives that improve both our business and the environment.
- Technology Management: Oversee our technology systems and IT resources, ensuring smooth operations across the company, while also providing IT support to staff as needed.
- Marketing Support: Play a key role in maintaining our digital presence, supporting website updates, SEO analysis, and social media content creation.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor key systems, assist in reporting, and collaborate with teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Personal Growth: Stay ahead of the curve through continuous personal development, with opportunities to grow your expertise in sustainability, IT, and logistics.

- Prior experience in a support role or project environment is beneficial, but a willingness to learn and develop is just as important.
