A part time role of 15 hours split over a Thursday and Friday.

Our excellent team of receptionists is expanding. This fantastic part time opportunity is ideal for someone who has excellent telephone skills, so why not apply? This job involves connecting clients and other callers to members of staff, answering any quick queries and handling voicemails when they arrive.

Salary – market rate dependent upon experience.

What would I be doing day-to-day?

  • Answering all incoming calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Directing calls to the correct member of staff/department
  • Efficiently deal with and distribute general enquiries
  • Pick up voicemails and email message to the person concerned
  • Ensure all document databases are kept up to date
  • Any other tasks that may be reasonably required
