What you’ll be doing:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers, educating them on how RoundSys can help support their operations
• Listen actively to understand customer needs
• Book customers into our online demonstrations and follow up with them afterwards
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions
• Follow up with prospective customers to move opportunities through the sales pipeline
• Signpost existing customers to the support team if necessary

• Working days: Mon - Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Smart Casual dress
• Full-time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
