Job Title: Experienced Tiler – Immediate Start – Barrow-in-Furness

Location: Barrow-in-Furness (LA14 and surrounding areas)

Job Type:
Full-time (Mon to Fri, 8am – 4pm, 30-minute lunch)
Permanent (subject to a successful 3-day trial)

Job Description:
HMO Property Designs, in conjunction with FJL Contracting, specialise in the conversion of residential terraced housing into 4, 5 and 6-bedroom HMOs.

We’ve been producing new HMOs in both the student and professional rental markets for the last 15 years throughout the North West and North East.
We have continual work already signed and agreed for the next 2 years and beyond.

We're looking for an experienced Tiler to join our team in Barrow-in-Furness – starting immediately – on our current and upcoming projects.

We are looking for someone that is keen to work together as part of a team but equally comfortable working alone.
The candidate must be reliable, punctual, responsible, and have a good eye for detail.
Own transport and tools are essential.

Note: This position is offered on a PRICE PER JOB basis.
