Key Responsibilities:
As a Trainee Dental Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing essential support to our dental team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Chairside Assistance: Assist the dentist or dental therapist during treatments, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Sterilisation and Infection Control: Maintain a clean and sterile environment, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
- Patient Care: Ensure the comfort and well-being of patients, providing a friendly and reassuring presence throughout their visit.
- Learning and Development: Actively participate in training programs and self-study to acquire knowledge and skills necessary for dental nursing practice.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, we require the following:
- Motivation and Enthusiasm: Show a genuine interest in the dental profession and a strong desire to pursue a career as a dental nurse.
- Understanding of Dental Nursing: While no prior experience is required, it is desirable for candidates to demonstrate a basic understanding of the dental nursing profession and the qualification process.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess effective verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to interact with patients and colleagues in a professional manner.
