Full job description

Working as in integral part of the management team, the Treasurer will perform a professional accounting role involving compilation, review, analysis of financial data, management of payroll and HR Administration. Responsible for the Accounts/Office Admin team.

Requirements

  • Ideally part qualified or working towards (CA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA)
  • Minimum of of 2 years experience in management accounts
  • Ability to assess situations and make decisions considering importance, urgency, risks to the Harbour and our stakeholders and present these to the Board
  • Ability to positively influence others to achieve results with the best interest of the organisation
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in the management of staff
  • Some knowledge of employment law, payroll and taxation is ideal
