Jordans Motors a prominent dealership in Hull, is seeking a skilled and meticulous Valeter to join our team. We specialize in selling and repairing commercial brands such as Fiat and Peugeot, offering after-sales services for Fiat, Peugeot, Citroen, and Vauxhall commercials, as well as new and used motorhomes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, ensuring they are presented to the highest standards for showroom display and customer delivery.
• Wash, wax, and polish vehicle exteriors to enhance their appearance.
• Vacuum, shampoo, and clean vehicle interiors, including upholstery, carpets, and surfaces.
• Clean and polish vehicle windows, mirrors, and chrome accents.
• Inspect vehicles for any damages or defects and report them to the appropriate department.
• Follow established procedures for the safe handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals and waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valeting area and equipment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a valeter or car detailer, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends or overtime as needed.
• A valid driver's license
