Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
To organise and manage the picking and packing of all daily orders to ensure we operate within our internally high standards of delivery and to work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure standardise processes are continuous improved and executed. Alongside this, the successful candidate will take an active role in the smooth running and organisation of the warehouse and stock.
The candidate should be well-organised, motivated and an excellent multi-tasker. This is a position which involves fundamental aspects of the business, including stock management, time management and following service and company standards and would suit a candidate with previous experience within operations. The successful candidate must be capable of contributing to the continual development and improvement to the goods in and out area and stock system.
Duties:
- Picking and packing daily orders efficiently and accurately.
- Supporting with stock counts, performed with accuracy and timely.
- Communicate with courier companies to ensure all consignments are reaching the customer in good time.
- Support the wider team with managing supplier stock levels / re-order packaging and merchandise.
- Organisation of current warehouse area, stock locations and stock rotation.
- Ensuring a high standard of packing is implemented with every order.
- Implementing an excellent standard of cleanliness and organisation on the warehouse floor, in line with Health and Safety, Food Standard and Pest Control regulations and internal expectations.
- Monitor product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.
- Assist the Customer Success Manager with customer service enquiries and always service the customer to the highest levels of service possible in alignment with company standards.
Experience:
- Picking / packing and loading of goods – essential
- Receiving / stocking and management of goods over different locations – essential
- Extensive experience in a similar role – essential
- Experience of working with a warehouse management software system – essential
- General experience in a warehouse fulfilment area or similar – essential
- Counterbalance Reach truck license – desirable
