As one of the largest and best known UK independent greetings card publishers we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to assist our Operations Manager with running our 73,000 square foot warehousing near Stonehouse, Gloucester.
Key responsibilities will include the day to day management of the warehouse team ensuring we are flexible to deal with the customer requirements and priorities, we always operate to the highest safety and housekeeping standards and work with the team to drive productivity and continuous improvement.
WE have very high standards of OTIFNE (on time in full no errors) and internal SLAs and this role is central to help the business attain them in a pressurised FMCG type environment.
This exciting role is not for the faint hearted with 10,000 SKUs and demanding customers who include supermarkets, garden centres and specialist card shops both in the UK and overseas.
