ThinkEngine is looking for a driven and dynamic Website & Design Assistant to join our award-winning team. You’ll be part of our exciting and growing operations team, who work with our amazing, global clients on a daily basis. ThinkEngine is a global digital marketing and technology agency with exciting plans for the future.
All employees have great flexibility and choice on where they are most comfortable to work every day, remotely or in one of our flexible office spaces across the UK.
Our B2B clients mainly work across Financial Services, Property/Real Estate, Technology & Sustainability. Our clients can vary in size, from SMEs, to major groups with revenues in excess of $4bln.
We are looking for a driven and hard-working individual to come on-board to assist us with marketing activities, learn new skills, gain invaluable industry experience and be an integral member of the team. We pride ourselves on providing you the opportunity to prosper, develop ideas and make a genuine difference to our global clients' marketing. This approach has been independently verified on a number of occasions as we have been nominated for 8+ awards over the last three years and we were recently awarded Best B2B Digital Marketing Agency of the Year – Hampshire.
As a growing team, it is crucial that you are able to work confidently on your own (remotely), but also as part of a team everyday. You must be enthusiastic to learn and develop, with a self-motivating attitude. You also have the choice to work in one of our regional offices should you wish.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Website design and management - designing and developing website projects typically on Wix, Shopify & WordPress - we focus on no/low code technology (no coding experience required)
- Designing and developing concepts for client digital media projects - typically marketing assets including digital content, graphics, videos, email campaigns etc
- Learn, design and build no-code software platforms including CRMs, company portals, chatbot development solutions etc - full training provided
- Design and develop workflows and automations for websites, technology and emails - full training provided
- SEO – learn how to facilitate on page, off page and technical activities that link to website design SEO infrastructure
- Learn how Apps, Plugins and Analytics platforms work and manage this on behalf of clients for website development - harnessing data analytics to improve our client’s digital presence
- Design and build AI digital tools and technologies
- Learn, implement and support on other digital marketing activities which directly impact our clients marketing efforts – including but not limited to email marketing, PPC, social media & client communication
It is crucial that you have a basic understanding of marketing and technology so we can help you to improve and learn on your current knowledge. We are looking for a dynamic individual who wants to put their ideas out there whilst listening to others and working as a team to improve our client’s brand and ensure that we hold our value to all clients.
Desirable Skills and Attributes:
- IT literate – confident with Microsoft/Mac, creative software products - including but not limited too Canva & Adobe Suite
- Website Design experience - including but not limited too Wix, Shopify & Wordpress
- You are a proactive individual with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Trustworthy and loyal team player who works in the best interests of the business
- Put your ideas across and not be afraid to challenge us – we don’t mind!
- Dependable and structured, with the ability to build and sustain relationships
- You can cope with a fast-paced environment and can adapt easily
- You will be provided with a full training programme and all of the tools, skills and knowledge you need to become a marketing expert in time.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
