The Role

We are looking for a Part Time Cook to join our fun, friendly and supportive team. Working every weekend 7am-2pm and covering annual leave. You will be preparing delicious, nutritious, healthy and varied meals to those who live with us on a daily basis. Taking into consideration dietary requirements, and the needs and preferences of our residents. You will work closely with our residents to gather important feedback on meals, and work closely with the management team to ensure a smooth running of the kitchen each and every day. You will also be responsible for baking delicious cakes and sweet treats for the whole community to enjoy and assist with open days and events.

The Right Person

Ideally, you will be someone who has to have had experience in working in a busy kitchen environment delivering meals to large groups of people on a daily basis. You are someone who can plan a varied menu to suit a wide variety of needs and preferences. You can produce quality meals each day for our residents, have a passion for cooking and baking and works well within a team environment. Alongside this we would like to welcome someone with excellent communication skills, with a friendly and caring personality who will share our values and work with us to continually deliver exceptional all round care and support to our residents.
