Experienced Window Cleaner – Join Alfresco Exterior Cleaning

Kingston Bagpuize, Oxfordshire
£28,000 - £32,000 OTE

Come and join Alfresco Exterior Cleaning, Oxfordshire’s best rated exterior cleaning company on Google. We are a proud family business with over 30 years of success, and we are looking for an experienced Window Cleaner to join our growing team.

The Role

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in high standards, and wants to be part of a professional team.

You will carry out:

Domestic and commercial window cleaning
Traditional window cleaning methods
Water fed pole / Reach & Wash cleaning
Gutter cleaning
Pressure washing support work
Leaflet delivery in work areas
Daily van care and weekly vehicle cleaning

After training, you will manage your own van and equipment.

What We Need

Minimum 2 years window cleaning experience
Full UK driving licence
Good attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable and punctual
Friendly with customers
Smart appearance
Able to work safely at all times

What You Get

£28,000 to £32,000 OTE
Starting Salary, after propation period and you demonstrate your ability. You will get an increase. Another at year 1 and at year 2.

Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays)
Usually 7:30am to 4:00pm
