Windows and Door Estimator - Trainee considered

The upper salary level reflects relevant experience although we are willing to appoint at Trainee level

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handling new enquiries for windows and doors by telephone and email
• Gaining an understanding of the client’s requirements and exploring appropriate options
• Finalising client’s window and door specification requirements to generate accurate and clear quotations
• Producing accurate quotations and updates with amendments as required
• Maintaining up to date customer records
• Ensuring great customer service and represents a professional image for the company.
• Working in a team to support the department to ensure all tasks are undertaken in a timely manner.
• Working with and learning from different members of our team.

You need to be have a good level of numeracy and be PC literate with excellent attention to detail. You should be familiar with CAD or PDF drawings. You will be highly organised and pay close attention to detail, be able to work as part of a team and can communicate at all levels.

We will provide you relevant on the job training within a team of friendly and supportive colleagues that will enable you to become a fully competent low energy windows and doors estimator.

Salary: £19000-£27000 depending on age and experience.

Location: Based at the company’s head office in Huddersfield
