About Us

At Creative Living Care, we provide safe, supportive and high-quality accommodation for young people aged 16+. Since opening in 2019, we have gone from strength to strength — building a service that young people trust and value.

We know housing is one of the biggest challenges young people leaving care face, and too often they are placed in unsuitable accommodation with little choice. We do things differently. We listen to our young people, act on their feedback, and provide stable, nurturing homes that give them the best chance of a positive future.

If you’re passionate about making a difference and want to be part of a service that genuinely puts young people first — this could be the role for you.

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and compassionate Youth Workers to join our supported accommodation team. You will work on a 1:1 basis with young people living semi- independently to help them build the life skills they need to move on from local authority care and into independent adulthood.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll be part of a wider supportive team, but often work alone supporting young people in their own homes. You will be a positive role model, helping them build confidence, resilience and healthy routines.

This role is subject to Safer Recruitment Checks: Enhanced DBS check including children's barred list, reference checks and full work history check.

Your key duties will include:

  • Supporting with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, shopping, budgeting
  • Encouraging engagement with education, training or employment
  • Supporting with appointments, family contact and community activities
  • Offering emotional support and promoting positive wellbeing
  • Safeguarding and risk-managing effectively
  • Helping young people develop independence skills and positive behaviours

What We Offer

  • £13.90 per hour+ £85 per sleep-in shift
  • Bonuses including the following:
  • Birthday Bonus - Paid on/near birthday
  • ‘For Outstanding Practice’ Bonus
  • Refer-a-Friend Bonus
  • Service Award Bonus
  • Length of Service Leave Entitlements
  • Paid Enhanced DBS check
  • Company pension scheme
  • Staff bonus & rewards programme
  • Recommend a Friend bonus (£250 T&Cs apply)
  • Ongoing training & career development opportunities
  • Health & wellbeing support programme

  • Confident working alone and as part of a wider team
  • Flexible to work shifts including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins
  • Able to drive, with access to a vehicle and business insurance
