Senior IFA Administrator / Team Leader
£30,000 – £38,000

Are you a highly experienced financial services administrator with a passion for client service and a talent for organisation?

Do you have some supervisory experience and can you manage some more junior members of staff.

The Role

As a Senior Client Services Administrator, you'll play a vital role in delivering a smooth and first-class service to our clients. You'll support our Financial Planners and junior team members, manage the client journey from onboarding to review, and set the standard for best practice.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Being a trusted, professional point of contact for our clients.
  • Managing all aspects of client administration with precision and care.
  • Preparing documentation, reports, and meeting packs.
  • Supporting planners with meeting coordination and casework.
  • Helping to mentor and guide junior colleagues.
  • Ensuring compliance and streamlining internal processes.

What we're looking for

You'll have:

  • 3+ years experience in financial services administration (preferably in an IFA, financial planning, or wealth management).
  • Some experience in a team leader or supervisiory role.
  • Strong understanding of FCA compliance and client care standards.
  • A professional, warm, and confident communication style.
  • High levels of organisation and accuracy.
  • A proactive, collaborative attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • A desire to mentor others and help the team succeed.
