Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Business Analyst to support our ERP Business Central implementation and optimization projects. This entry-level role involves assisting in requirements gathering, process documentation, testing, and user support to ensure the ERP system meets business needs and drives operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering:
- Assist in conducting interviews and workshops with stakeholders to capture business needs.
- Document functional requirements and workflows for ERP Business Central modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, etc.).
- Process Analysis & Documentation:
- Map current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation of ERP configurations and user guides.
- Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Participate in system testing phases, including unit and user acceptance testing.
- Report and track issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- User Support & Training:
- Provide first-level support for ERP-related queries.
- Assist in preparing training materials and conducting user training sessions.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Gather feedback from end-users and suggest enhancements to ERP functionalities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: Up to £25,000.00 per year
