Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer

About the Role

A new role created to strengthen our existing design team within the Marketing department.

This full-time, office-based role is a chance for you to learn how a multi-skilled marketing team functions within a B2C & B2B environment. You will be given the opportunity to work on a wide array of design projects, whilst giving you space to learn new tools and develop your career as a graphic designer.

As industry leaders, your designs will be seen by people across the World and is an excellent environment to grow and develop.

Salary: Competitive + Free Lunch and Monthly Bonus Scheme.

Responsibilities

- Designing large format print artwork for customers

- Creating branded workwear proposals

- Vectorising low quality customer logos (training will be provided)

- Supporting the organisation with internal artwork requests

- Participating and contributing to campaign planning sessions

- Designing social media graphics for internal teams to post

- Supporting the marketing team with creative campaign assets

- Working with the wider team to create infographics

Essential Requirements

- Confident communicator with good written and oral English

- Able to commute daily to offices in Hereford

- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite

- Experience using Canva

Nice to have but not essential

- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices

- Previous use of figma

- Experience working in marketing within B2B/B2C

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
