The Opportunity Hub UK is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious luxury real estate group operating across Prime Central London, seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Manager to join their high-performing team.

Location: Based in Kensington, with travel across Prime Central London

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of high-end residential properties with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
  • Ensure full compliance with UK property legislation, tenancy agreements, and health & safety standards.
  • Liaise confidently with tenants, clients, and contractors to deliver a seamless and polished service experience.
  • Use CRM systems and digital tools to maintain efficient workflows and accurate records.
  • Solve challenges proactively and calmly, always aiming for the highest standards of service.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture within a high-performing environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years’ experience in property management, lettings, or a similar client-facing real estate role.
  • Strong understanding of UK property legislation and tenancy compliance.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence working with CRM systems and property management software.
  • Detail-oriented, solution-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Genuine interest in luxury real estate and delivering high-end client experiences.
