Full job description

About Us

We are a well established digital agency specialising in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality business management systems and websites. Our expertise spans two core areas: Laravel-based business systems (often with mobile components) and WordPress/Shopify websites. We create digital solutions that streamline operations, boost online presence, and support commercial growth for our clients.

We’re now looking for a motivated Junior Digital Project Manager to join our Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about tech, eager to learn, and looking to develop long-term within digital project management.

Role Overview

As a Junior Digital Project Manager, you will work closely with - and shadow - our two Operations Managers, supporting project delivery across both our systems and website teams. You’ll gain hands-on experience managing real client projects, coordinating tasks, communicating with stakeholders, and helping keep everything running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, coordination, and delivery of Laravel system and WordPress/Shopify website projects
  • Support Operations Managers with scheduling, task management, and progress reporting
  • Help maintain clear communications between developers, designers, and clients
  • Take part in client meetings, capturing requirements and action items accurately
  • Prepare and update documentation including briefs and tickets
  • Monitor timelines, budgets, and risks - raising concerns promptly
  • Contribute to a great client experience with friendly, proactive communication
  • Suggest process improvements to help enhance team efficiency and project outcomes

About You

  • Genuine interest in digital technology and how businesses use it to solve problems
  • Comfortable discussing technical topics at a non-developer level
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident working collaboratively with different teams and personalities
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Experience or exposure to digital platforms (websites, systems, apps) is required - whether through work, education, or personal projects
  • Commercial awareness - able to understand what matters to clients and their business goals

What We Offer

  • Structured mentorship from two experienced Operations Managers
  • Involvement in a wide range of digital projects across different industries
  • A supportive, collaborative culture that encourages learning
