As we scale our global impact, we are looking for a dynamic Senior Energy Systems Engineer to join our flat, collaborative team and drive engineering consultancy forward.

Your Impact

You will not just crunch numbers; you will drive change. In this role, you will:

  • Consult & Design: Deliver high-impact engineering studies for diverse onshore and offshore projects.
  • Lead Client Relationships: Act as a technical advisor, building trust directly with key global stakeholders.
  • Mentor the Next Generation: Guide junior engineers using our fast-paced, agile approach.
  • Drive Decarbonisation: Shape internal developments and client studies focused on energy efficiency.

Who You Are

You are a flexible, forward-thinking engineer with a passion for problem-solving. Your toolkit includes:

  • The Fundamentals: An engineering degree (Chemical, Mechanical, or Energy) and 2–7 years of technical consulting or operator experience.
  • Communication Skills: Total fluency in technical and business English.
  • Core Competencies: A sharp understanding of risk management and a proven track record of hitting deadlines.
  • Specialised Expertise: Strong experience in at least one of these key areas:

1. Onshore/offshore safety and risk consultancy.

2. Facilities engineering design (static or rotating equipment).

3. Asset integrity, performance, and maintenance optimization.
