Full job description

Location: London (Hybrid options available)
Sector: Education Recruitment
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

About the role

We’re working with a range of well-established education recruitment agencies across London who are actively looking to grow their teams.

These opportunities suit both junior recruiters looking to build a long-term career and experienced education consultants ready for a new challenge, better support, or clearer progression.

Rather than a one-size-fits-all role, we take the time to match consultants with agencies that align with their experience, desk preference, and working style.

What you could be doing

Depending on experience, responsibilities may include:

  • Managing a warm primary, secondary or SEN desk
  • Potentially establishing new markets for companies looking to expand in geography or sector
  • Building relationships with schools, trusts, and local authorities
  • 360 recruitment of education professionals, guiding candidates through the process step by step
  • Managing compliance and safeguarding processes, supported by experienced and established compliance teams

Who this is suited to

We’re keen to speak with:

  • Junior or trainee recruiters with sales, education, or customer-facing experience
  • Experienced education recruiters (primary, secondary, SEN, or specialist provision)
  • Consultants billing already or looking to rebuild a desk with better support
  • Recruiters who value quality placements, relationships, and long-term success

Experience in education recruitment is ideal but not essential for junior-level roles.

What agencies are offering

This varies by role and agency, but may include:

  • Competitive basic salaries
  • Uncapped commission structures
  • Clear progression pathways
  • Hybrid or flexible working options
  • Strong compliance and admin support
  • Supportive team cultures with realistic targets

We’ll always be transparent about salary, commission, and expectations before any introductions are made.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £26,000.00-£55,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Company events
  • Discounted or free food
  • Flexitime
  • Work from home

Work Location: In person
