About the Role

We are expanding our private aviation division and are looking for ambitious, commercially minded Private Jet Brokers to join our growing brokerage team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-moving, high-value industry, supporting VIP, corporate, and ultra-high-net-worth clients with bespoke private jet charter solutions. You’ll be part of a forward-thinking aviation brand with global reach.

Roles Available

Junior Private Jet Broker

● Commission-based structure

Ideal for candidates looking to enter the private aviation or luxury sales sectorSenior Private Jet Broker

● Salary + commission (salary to be discussed based on experience)

● Opportunity to help shape brokerage strategy

● Immediate access to high-value enquiries and global operator networks

Key Responsibilities

● Managing private jet charter enquiries from initial request through to flight completion

● Sourcing aircraft, negotiating rates, and presenting tailored charter options

● Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, operators, and partners

● Coordinating logistics including scheduling, pricing, contracts, and client preferences

● Delivering exceptional client service with discretion, accuracy, and attention to detail

● Meeting and exceeding revenue and performance targets

What We’re Looking For

● Strong communication and negotiation skills

● Commercial mindset with a passion for sales and client service

● Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

● Ability to build trust with high-net-worth individuals

FOR SENIOR ROLES:

● Proven experience as a private jet broker or within aviation charter sales

● Established client relationships and/or operator network preferred
