Full job description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef De Partie to join our team at a vibrant restaurant Jang, located in the Mezzanine of the iconic Royal Exchange. If you're enthusiastic about creating exceptional food and working in a high-energy, collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you!

About the Role

The Chef de Partie is responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation in line with the restaurant’s standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Skills: A passion for creating high-quality dishes with a keen eye for detail.
  • Work Ethic: Highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well within a team, supporting colleagues and the Head Chef.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of Korean and Japanese cuisine is a bonus.
  • Legal Right to Work: Must have legal rights to work in the UK.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: £15.77 per hour
