Overview

We are looking for a skilled Kitchen Fitter/Carpenter to join our growing team, building high-quality bespoke outdoor kitchen and bar pods.

We would prefer to work with an experienced subcontractor, but we are also happy to consider applicants looking for a full-time employed position.

About Us

We design and manufacture premium outdoor kitchen units, known as Elevate Pods. Each unit is made to order in our Cambridge workshop and includes:

  • Bespoke kitchen furniture and worktops
  • Integrated gas barbecue

We also offer a range of optional extras, including refrigeration and heating, allowing customers to tailor each pod to their lifestyle. Every unit is finished with high-quality cedar cladding to create a premium outdoor living space.

The Role

  • Build and assemble bespoke outdoor kitchen units
  • Work with timber, cabinetry, and bespoke joinery to a high standard
  • Install worktops, fixtures, and fittings
  • Ensure all work meets our quality and safety standards
  • Work both independently and as part of a small, friendly team

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in carpentry, joinery, or kitchen fitting
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
  • Ability to read drawings and work accurately
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
