Due to continued success, we now require an additional kitchen fitter or fitting team For work around glasgow and central belt.
We can offer one or two installations per week. Guaranteed.
Job Overview
We are seeking skilled Installers to join our dynamic team. You will be installing complete kitchens in customers homes in west and central Scotland. All materials are onsite before your arrival.
The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of skills and experience in various installation tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, basic electrical work, and carpentry. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to interpret schematics while working with both hand and power tools. The Installer will be responsible for ensuring that all installations are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Install various components and systems according to specifications and schematics.
- Use hand tools and power tools competently to complete installation tasks.
- Build structures such as frames, or other components as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of installed systems to ensure functionality and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals within specified timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in installation work, preferably in a construction or maintenance setting.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and ability to perform basic electrical work.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A valid driving licence and transport will be required for travel between job sites.
