Are you an experienced Chef de Partie looking to join a vibrant, family-run restaurant with a strong culinary identity? Shwen Shwen by Maria Bradford, celebrated for its authentic and refined West African cuisine, is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to become a key part of our growing kitchen team in Sevenoaks, Kent.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain exceptional standards of food quality and service. You’ll have a hands-on role in mentoring junior chefs and contributing to the creative direction of the menu.

What We Offer

  • Salary: £30,000 – £33,000
  • Service charge: £3,000 – £6,000

Key Responsibilities

About You

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy restaurant environment
  • Experience at 2 AA Rosette level is desirable but not essential
  • A genuine passion for high-quality food and professional cooking
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • The ability to motivate, train, and inspire junior chefs
