Aramark UK are currently looking for a talented Commis Chef to join our team at Perth College, PH12NX.

A day in the life of an Assistant Cook:

    • Preparing and cooking meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner following recipe cards.
    • Checking all food is compliant with allergens and Natasha’s law.
    • Completing daily paperwork to cover due diligence.
    • Sharing responsibility with the Chef /Catering Manager for the checking, probing, and signing of all food deliveries, stock ordering and maintaining kitchen records.
    • Monitoring and recording temperatures of fridges, freezers, hot cabinets, and serveries.
    • Assisting with deliveries and stock checks, alongside daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans.

You'll be set up for success if you have:

    • Experience operating as a Cook
    • Organised with a hands-on ability and strong work ethic
    • Passion for people and food
