Leaves Property Services delivers high-quality refurbishment, maintenance, and construction services across the South. With multiple live frameworks and a growing demand for kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, we’re expanding our delivery teams and looking for skilled, reliable Kitchen & Bathroom Fitters to join us on a self-employed basis.

The Role

As a Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter, you’ll take the lead on a variety of full strip-out and refurbishment jobs in both residential and commercial settings. You’ll manage your own workload with the support of our contracts and planning teams, using our internal systems and tablet-based job access to complete works efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out full kitchen and/or bathroom refurbishments
  • Strip out existing fixtures and prepare sites for installation
  • Install new kitchen units, worktops, appliances, and plumbing connections
  • Fit bathroom suites, showers, trays, tiling, wall panels, and flooring
  • Complete patch repairs, boxing in, and finishing works to a high standard
  • Liaise with supervisors and planners to ensure smooth delivery
  • Maintain clean, safe working areas and adhere to health & safety requirements
  • Use provided tablet to receive jobs, record progress, and upload completion photos

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience fitting kitchens and bathrooms to a professional standard
  • Confident in all associated trades (carpentry, plumbing, tiling, basic electrics)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Own tools and full UK driving licence
  • Must be confident using mobile job apps/tablets (training provided)
