Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef De Parties to join our dynamic pre opening culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop culinary skills, work alongside experienced chefs, and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal applicant will have a passion for food, a strong understanding of food safety standards, and previous experience in a buffet restaurant setting. Looking for candidates who have experience in Continental, Indian, Cold, Sushi, Teppanyaki, Chinese, Pastry & Grill.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
  • Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining high quality and presentation standards
  • Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed during food preparation and storage
  • Assist in organising the kitchen station to ensure smooth workflow during service
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service and timely meal delivery
  • Monitor stock levels and notify management of any shortages or supply issues
  • Support the training of new team members as required

Experience

  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a kitchen assistant within a restaurant environment
