Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Chef De Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Chef De Partie, you will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that all food is prepared according to our standards of excellence, while adhering to food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Assist in meal preparation and ensure that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including workstations and cooking equipment.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory management.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
  • Help train new kitchen staff as needed, sharing knowledge of culinary techniques and practices.
