Chef Manager, £33k

Overview

Providing a breakfast, lunch and dinner service. Shift patterns are between 7am and 7pm. Evenings to yourself.

What we are looking for

· A superstar chef manager to join the talented team who can support the group manager and chefs in the day to day running of the kitchens.

Essentials you must have:

· A true passion, love and understanding of hospitality.

· Working as a chef for at least two years

· A solid career path and proven track record within the industry.

· The ability to create and deliver delicious and exciting food using the best seasonal ingredients.

Our people are the most important part of our business, as Chef Manager we would expect from you:

· To constantly develop, create and deliver innovative, beautiful and delicious food.

· Conduct yourself and carry out your duties in a professional manner with a positive attitude.

· Be aware of food and labour budgets.

· Build professional relationships with clients, customers and stakeholders.

· Be compliant of food safety legislation and adhere to company policy.

· Be a solid, reliable support for the Group Manager

· Complete weekly administration tasks on time.

In return

· £33k per annum
