Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive culinary expertise, and a dedication to delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role involves overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met, and inspiring the team to achieve excellence in every dish served.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive working environment
  • Oversee food production, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
  • Develop innovative menus in collaboration with management, catering to diverse customer preferences
  • Manage food preparation processes, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Coordinate daily kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels
  • Train and mentor staff in culinary techniques, food safety protocols, and service standards
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all kitchen activities
