Role Description

Supporting the Kitchen team, you are responsible for helping the delivery of a high-class food service. You will work as part of our double kitchen, supporting THE BUTCHER and TONI LOCO, to serve food to customers throughout their CUBE journey.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare food for cooking, from main courses to sliders and sharing platters.
  • Ensure food is always delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Monitor and rotate stock to reduce wastage.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable service area at all times.
  • Assist in setting up; stocking sauces and prepping ingredients.
  • Helping to close the kitchen, deep cleaning the area and putting away all tools.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure all training is completed in a timely manner.
  • Proactively contribute to and suggest ways of improving company processes and procedures.
  • Assisting in the onboarding of new members of the team.

Skills

Technical

  • 1 years of Kitchen experience.
  • High volume kitchen operation experience.
  • Experience working in large teams as well as independently.

Personal

  • Flexibility to work regular evenings and weekends.
  • Positive, ‘Can do’ attitude, picking up any additional responsibilities to help the wider team.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt.
