About The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader to join our manufacturing site in Barton-upon-Humber. The shift will be from Monday to Friday, 6:45 - 15:15.

Salary: £31,500 + Quarterly Bonus up to £250

Main responsibilities:

  • Assist in performing hands-on production and assembly functions
  • Support management and perform supervisory duties when department Supervisor is absent or out of office
  • Motivate and support members of the team to ensure targets are met, highlighting any performance issues to management
  • Identify any improvements and make recommendations for change
  • Ensure all QC processes are maintained throughout the production process
  • Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding health and safety in the workplace, ensuring all team members are using the correct PPE and wearing company issued uniform at all times
In addition to any other duties,as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
