Full job description

```Duties```
- Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to recipes and established standards.
- Measure and mix ingredients, bake items in ovens, and decorate finished products.
- Ensure that all pastries are presented in an appealing manner and meet quality standards.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate pastry production with overall menu offerings.
- Monitor inventory levels of pastry ingredients and notify the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.

```Experience```
- Previous experience working as a Pastry Cook or in a similar role within a culinary environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, including dough preparation, baking methods, and decorating skills.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for handling and storing food products.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure that pastries are prepared and delivered on schedule.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
