Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team working a 4 day week. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional food experiences. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary expertise within a professional hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and supervising kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, maintaining consistency and presentation standards.
  • Oversee food production processes, ensuring adherence to recipes and portion control.
  • Manage food safety protocols, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices.
  • Supervise team members, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a collaborative work environment.
