Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our busy culinary team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our kitchen environment, supporting chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities

  • Assist with basic food preparation tasks under supervision, including peeling, chopping, and organising ingredients.
  • Support chefs with cooking-related activities as needed, ensuring hygiene standards are maintained.
  • Clean dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly to ensure a hygienic workspace.
  • Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas throughout the shift.
  • Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and recycling procedures are followed.
  • Restock supplies and organise storage areas to facilitate efficient kitchen operations.
