Full job description

Our busy city centre street food business is on the lookout for a driven and passionate supervisor to join our team! This position does require a couple of hours driving a small company van each week, so a full UK driving licence is essential.

Position Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our management team in leading our shifts by example, ensuring key targets are hit and customer expectations are met! You'll be a key member of our team, creating memorable moments for our customers while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opening and closing the venue
  • Training and development of the team
  • Creating and developing training materials
  • Completion of checklists and management of health and hygiene standards
  • Leading and motivating a team
  • Assisting management in maintaning strict standards and procedures

The ideal candidate for this role with have a positive, proactive approach to problem solving and be passionate about developing their team as well as their own career.

Qualifications:

Previous supervisory experince in a similar role is essential for this position.

  • A passion for food.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with a positive attitude.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to lead by example and show consistency in standards.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
